Chief Engineer Xie Jianxiong

 
 

       Mr Xie Jian-xiong was engaged in research and production of refractory materials for glass furnace more than 30 years. He was participate in the foundation of Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd (ACRC), Led the research and production technicians of ACRC to introduce, digest, explore and innovate the production process of fused casting refractory. Over the past 20 years, the fused cast AZS refractory produced by Dongfang Ancai has been widely used in various glass producers, such as CTIEC,QGRDI, Asahi glass, RHI, Corning, Italy Sigma, Fuyao Glass, China Southern Glass Group, Taiwan Glass Group, Xinyi Group, Qibin Group and Sino-Glass Technology, etc. and have been highly appraised by customers, make a contribution to catch up with the world advanced level for domestic fused cast refractory used for glass kiln. The chief engineer Xie Jian-xiong was invited by National Refractory Standardization Committee to participate in the drafting of JC/T 493-2015, the National standard of fused cast AZS refractory for glass furnace. He was one of the drafters for the standard.

       

In 2003, Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd (ACRC) began to produce the fused cast alumina products for glass furnace. Under the leadership of chief engineer Xie Jian-xiong, the development team of Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd takes the lead in building a new production line of fused cast alumina refractory for glass furnace and gradually achieve a major breakthrough in production technology after repeated exploration. The fused cast α-β alumina brick and fused castβalumina brick produced by Dongfang Ancai have reached the world’s advanced level, and have been recognized and highly appraised by the National Refractories Quality Testing Center. In 2004, fused castα-βalumina brick produced by Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd (ACRC) was used in the full-oxygen combustion furnace of Anyang Color Electronic Glass for the first time, and replaced all imported products on a large scale, opened a new chapter of domestic fused cast α-βalumina brick replacing imported products.

More than a decade, the fused castα-βalumina brick, fused cast βalumina brick produced by Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd (ACRC) was used for the crown, sidewall, channel and lipstone brick for float glass kiln, full-oxygen kiln and photovoltaic kilns of many domestic and foreign glass companies, such as CTIEC,QGRDI, Asahi glass, RHI, Italy Sigma, Ancai High-Tech, Shenzhen Southern Glass, AGC-Suzhou, Tianjin Sino Glass Northern Material, Zhonghang Sanxin and others. It makes a great contribution to replacing the imported fused cast α-βalumina brick and fused cast β alumina brick with the domestic products. The chief engineer Xie Jian-xiong was invited by National Refractory Standardization Committee to participate in the drafting of JC/T 494-2013, the National standard of fused cast alumina refractory for glass furnace. He was one of the drafters for the standard.

Over the years, the chief engineer Xie Jian-xiong was also invited by National Refractory Standardization Committee to participate in the drafting of the National Standards of sintered AZS bricks for glass kilns, JC/T 925-2003, and the drafting of the National Standards of high-quality silica bricks forglass kilns, JC/T 616-2003.
