Located in the largest refractory production center of China - Zhengzhou, ACRC is well equipped with 4 production lines for fused cast refractory with an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons. The company mainly produces fused cast AZS33, AZS36, AZS41 blocks, and fused cast α-β alumina, β alumina, α alumina block and also fused cast mullite block. and has participated in drafting of “JC/T 494-2013, National standard of fused cast alumina refractory for glass furnace” and “JC/T 493-2015 National standard of fused cast AZS refractory for glass furnace” and other standards.

The newly developed fused cast mullite blocks are widely used in the field of sponge titanium kilns. The company has established a standardized quality assurance system, and introduced advanced testing equipment such as X-ray fluorescence analyzer imported from Japan, radar flaw detector imported from the United States, glass phase exudation temperature tester, anti-glass liquid erosion tester, etc., to conduct full inspection of the production process, provide scientific and effective data for production and provide users with high-level quality supervision services. Products are also regularly sampled and tested by independently and authoritative test Laboratory.
The products have been widely used in high-end glass furnace by many world known companies such as CNBM, CTIEC, Caihong Group, ACHT, Southern Glass, Qibin Glass, Xinyi Glass ,Taiwan Glass , RHI and maintain long-term cooperative relationship with Bengbu Glass institute, Qinhuangdao Glass Institute, and also exported to USA, Russia, Italy, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, India, Egypt and other countries.
