In 2003, Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractories Co., Ltd. decided to develop and produce fused cast alumina for glass kiln (fused cast α-β alumina brick, fused cast α alumina brick, fused cast β alumina brick), Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractories Co., Ltd. scientific research team under the leadership of Xie Jianxiong, chief engineer, in the country, a new intellectual property rights, environmental protection, energy-saving glass kiln fused cast alumina (fused cast α-β alumina brick, fused cast α alumina brick) The fused cast alumina (fused cast α-β alumina brick, fused cast α alumina brick, fused cast β alumina brick) production line for glass kiln was built in China under the leadership of Xie Jianxiong, the chief engineer, and the scientific research team of Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractories Co. In 2004, fused cast α-β alumina bricks produced by Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractories Co., Ltd. were used in large scale to replace imported products in the oxy-fuel kiln of Anyang colored electronic glass, opening a new chapter of domestic fused cast α-β alumina bricks replacing imported products. Over the past ten years, Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractories Co., Ltd. has produced fused cast α-β alumina bricks and fused cast β alumina bricks, which have successively provided domestic large-scale photovoltaic kilns, such as China Kaisheng Design Institute, Qinhuangdao Design Institute, Rainbow Group, NGG Group and Flagship Group, with bricks such as fused α-β alumina swan bricks, pool wall bricks, feeder bricks, lip bricks and other bricks, and made a great contribution to the domestic replacement of imported products in the domestic fused α-β alumina bricks and fused cast β alumina bricks. Chief Engineer Xie Jianxiong was invited by the National Refractories Standardization Committee to participate in the development of national standards on behalf of Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractory Co. Ltd. is the standard drafting unit. Over the years, Chief Engineer Xie Jianxiong has also been invited by the National Refractories Standards Committee to participate in the development and drafting of the national standards of JC/T 925-2003 Sintered AZS Bricks for Glass Kilns and JC/T 616-2003 National Standards of High Quality Silicon Bricks for Glass Kilns.
