ACRC has own Engineer and research center for fused cast refractory technology. It established a standardized quality assurance system, and introduced advanced testing equipment such as X-ray fluorescence analyzer imported from Japan, radar flaw detector imported from the United States, glass phase exudation temperature tester, anti-glass liquid erosion tester, etc., to conduct full inspection of the production process, provide scientific and effective data for production and provide users with high-level quality supervision services. Products are also regularly sampled and tested by independently and authoritative test Laboratory.

Pre-assembly

ACRC has 4 large pre-assembly platform and can supply all-around service to ordered products, such as pre-assembly, marking, etc. After matching process, the products will be assembled and checked in partial and overall dimensions. Pre-assembly marks, joint marks and other signs as per customer’s requirements will be painted on each individual block.
