Melting liquid will be taken a sample to be reserved every batch furnace, at the same time, the melting liquid will be analyzed each shift every day. The test centwe must notify the production deparment immediately if there is any problem. |

Every piece block must be taken strict inspection, including the weight, density, dimension and flatness of surface. The cracks must conform to the National standard and customer's standard. The overproof blcoks must be rejected. Take the sampling test about the chemical composition once a day, to ensure the stability of the chemical composition. |
