The Moscow International Glass Exhibition MIRSTEKLA was founded in 1999 and is held once a year. Zhengzhou Dongfang Ancai Refractory Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise dominated by the research and development and production of cast refractories. It has been committed to providing high-quality refractories and engineering services for glass kilns for 30 years. It has successively participated in and formulated JC/T 494-2013 "Fused and Cast Alumina Refractory Products for Glass Kilns", JC/T 493-2015 "Fused Zirconium Cast Corundum Refractory Products for Glass Kilns for Glass Kilns" and other industry standards.
The head office is located in Chaohua Industrial Park, xinmi city, Henan Province, and the branch office is located in Mi Village, xinmi city. It has five casting refractory production lines with an annual production capacity of 15000 tons. The main products are casting AZS33, AZS36, AZS41 zirconium corundum products, casting alpha-beta alumina, beta alumina, alpha high purity alumina products, casting mullite products and various materials such as amorphous materials.
Dongfang Ancai has been deeply engaged in the casting refractory industry for 30 years, and has carried out technical cooperation with China Academy of Building Materials Science, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Zhengzhou University and other scientific research institutions, trained a number of high-quality technical and management personnel, formed a complete technical research and development system, established Dongfang Ancai casting refractory engineering research center, successively developed casting α-βAl2O3 products and α and β products, high zirconium bricks, fused mullite and other products, with more than 90 patents and technical achievements, the recently developed zirconium-free fused mullite products and high-purity alumina products have been widely used in sponge titanium kilns and related fields.
